Returns


You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.


Exceptions


Please note that some items are not eligible for return, including:


Customized or Personalized Items: Items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Perishable Goods: We do not accept returns on perishable goods such as food, flowers, or other products with a limited shelf life.


Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2-Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.


3-Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories that were included with the product.


4-Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.


Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.


If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The timing of your refund may vary depending on your payment provider, but refunds are typically processed within 10 days.


Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrives damaged or defective.
